Drive wheel for Venco No. 3 potters wheel. This 1/2 hp potter’s wheel is the work horse in Ceramic world. A direct drive design using a metal conical cone coupled to the powerful motor wedge turn the throwing aluminium table via this drive wheel. The aluminium wheel is lined with rubber and lathe trimmed for smooth rotation. No rubber drive belt to turn the drive wheel. Should the drive wheel rubber lining wears down you will notice a grinding sound with loss of traction power. Changing in easy as only one locking screw to secure to the drive shaft.
This new drive wheel is now available to restore power and torque like new to your old work horse. An original part from Venco Australia. Note the drive wheel bore hole diameter is 25mm. Please ensure your drive shaft will fit before purchase and modification if any is buyer’s care.
