Operate with two hands, one finger on the shivel top to centralise drilling while the other hand to operate the twist pump to rotate. Spring operated on spiral shaft. By steady rythematic pumping tiny neat holes can be punched into plastics, card, foam wood and metal sheets. A handy drill much preferred by scale modellers for intricate remodeling.
