The material for cutting into dogtags for engraving and metal stamping. Thickness 1mm in convenient working size for hand scroll sawing, metal shear cutting, drilling and filing. Stronger joining by silver brazing no less than 50% silver content.
Engrave with diamond burs, spear point engraving bit or hammer vibrator or simply metal gravel.
Use for metal etching as a printing plate.
Sandpaper with increasing fineness to eliminate scratches and final polish with metal polishing cream or paste.
