Fabricated from one piece stainless steel 304 as a mixer stirrer by Jiffy Mixer Company Incorporated, USA. Fixed to a 3/8″ drill chuck and operate to 1000 rpm. A multipurpose mixer for paints, food sauces, pharmaceutical, silicon rubber, Plaster of Paris, alginate, Papier mache, cement tile adhesive, slip clay and epoxy solutions with minimum air incorporation. Suitable for solvent and water base mixing. Note use air motor or sparkless motor in solvent mixing.
Mixer must be fully immerse in solution at least 1″ from bottom of container before turning on power drill. Ideal large batch rapid soap sponification with non rusting stainless steel metal impellar. While running move around the base and upwards and down the container without lifting mixer out of the solution. This will quickly homogenous the mixture into a smooth solution with minimum air incorporation. Well designed as not to suck air into mixture.
Clean mixer after use with water or solvent with the mixer removed from the power unit. In food use the mixer is non rusting stainless steel and can be cleaned with dish washing detergents.
The ES model is designed for medium to heavy jobs in 2-5 gal. (8-20 qt.) containers and a max speed of 1000 RPMS. It easily fits any 3/8″ electric chucked power tool. Tools with 450-750 RPMS get the best rate of thorough mixing. Mixers can be permanently installed if desired.

It’s various sizes fit standard 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ chucked power tools. It has two sets of specially welded blades. The vertical ones keep the mixing action between them, the horizontal ones employ an exclusive hydraulic-glow principle that prevents sucking air. In addition, the horizontal blades pull the high density material up from the bottom while forcing the low viscosity solvents down from the top. The leading edge of the lower horizontal blade will scrape the bottom of the mixing container to bring all settled material particles into the mixing unit.

Special Weld Construction-Made entirely of rugged stainless steel 304, all stress joints are specially welded for extra strength so it is virtually impossible for them to break even when mixing extremely heavy materials such as slurry and mud.
Puncture-Proof/Safe Operation-The exclusive patented protective ring design prevents puncture or damage to the walls of the mixing containers. It also prevents the breaking or bending of the horizontal blades. In addition, the ring eliminates accidents should the mixer be accidentally started outside of a container.
