Solid felt wool polishing wheel ideal for friction polishing and buffing of metal to shine with polishing compound. Felt wheel requires drilling of centre hole to fit your locking bolt or self locking arbor in machine. Ensure hole is well centred for smooth rotation. Dress the felt wheel with polishing compound or wax block while rotating as friction heat generated evenly dress the hard felt wheel. For safe operation the wheel should rotate downwards where the polisher stand. Friction polishing with the correct polishing compound would give mirror finish to metal, wood and stone.
The felt wheel can be dressed with diamond paste, Damar wax, beewax and prepared polishing compound. The finer the particles size in the polishing compound the better the finish.
