Cast metal heavy durable circle cutter. Adjustable rotary circle cutter by unscrewing the knob on the handle arm to change cutting radius. Its tooth base secure firmly the material to be cut. Suitable for circle cutting of cardboard, plastic sheet, rubber sheet and light metal foil. Press adjustment knurl knob with finger and turn the revolving handle to depress the rotary cutter to cut a perfect disc. Maintenance with ocassional aerosol silicon agent that will not leave oil stains on the cut discs.
