For easy, accurate cutting of thin materials such as paper, film, vinyl, EVA foam, leather, etc. This circle cutter will not leave a centre pin hole as its disc centre will hold material firmly while cutter is being rotated. The disc can be unscrewed to reveal the pin required when cutting smooth materials like plastics or wax paper. Cut 1.8 cm – 17 cm diameter circles. Optional extension bar reference CE-700P cuts 16cm to 40 cm diameter and spare blades. Complete with plastic circle setting gauge.
