Planned four sided this merbau hardwood timber makes strong sturdy furniture, door and sand molding boxes. Treat with tung oil for out door use and polish with hard carnauba wax for a superb finish. As a hardwood, merbau make lasting knives handle and sheath. Treat this wood with tung oil to further preserve and as a smooth oil polish that is everlasting waterproofing. Color light to dark red. Even darker red with tung oil application.
Note: As natural timber, color do vary and deem acceptable.
