Cut leather edge requires sealing with matt sealer followed by leather dye application to stain the raw edge. You may apply with a brush. A better way for neat application without smearing is a roller. Made from solid brass fill dye in the brass trough and place the roller into slots. The roller will pick up dye as the raw leather edge is rolled along. Two rollers are provided. One horizontal cut is for sealer application while the diagonal cut roller is for dye application. The brass trough is easy to clean before the dye dries.
A handy gadget for a professional finish in leathercrafts once burnished with carnauba wax.
