A safe lead frit to reduce glaze fluxing temperature. Made safe to handle as the lead powder is molten and encapsulated in glass reground into powder. Lead bisilicate is a low temperature flux with other minerals to fuse into glazes and free flowing in molten state into a smooth coating. Lead bisilicate is PbO.2SiO2
Normally use in decorative ceramic wares.
