Glass polishing powder mixed int0 a runny paste using 2 parts warm water and one part powder. Apply slurry to a pre cleaned windscreen or to a cleaning sponge rubber in hand scrubbing of road scrum and stains on the window screen glass. A motorised hand polisher with a felt polishing pad helps to speed up polishing. With a paint brush reapply the polishing slurry in wet polishing as it dries in polishing friction heat.
Glazed ceramic wares can likewise have its shine restored as basically ceramic glaze is molten glass coating on clay. Do note to avoid spot polishing as polishing powder localised abrasion can remove glaze color as a bald spot.
Cerium oxide is widely used in glass polishing and like any powder usage it is recommended to wear a mask.
