Ready mix clear transparent glaze for stoneware with firing range 1260°C to 1320°C. As a semi dry cake it can dry to solid in storage. Dry cake with addition of water and soaking by weight of cake can be reconstituted into a glaze for brush or dip application. Use of a hydrometer will ensure consistent water to glaze ratio. Blend with a stainless steel Jiffy Mixer coupled to a variable speed heavy duty hand drill in hobby mix. For factory production use we have 1/4 hp and 1/2 hp stainless steel impeller mixer adjustable arm to secure over mixing glaze bucket. Note to sieve glaze before use to avoid pinholes or fish eye in fired glaze.
