Sharp until a bur develop on the flat side. Clean bevel bur flatly on the whetstone.
- Knife sharpener guide. Easy to use by clamping knife blade within the plastic clip. The knife cutting angle is pre determined as the blade is pushed forth and back on both the ceramic rod as abrasion resistant roller. When done flip over to sharpen on the opposite knife bevel.
It is important for the natural whetstone to be dressed flat to ensure the bevel angle is maintained.
