A DIY arrow set consisting of 2 white, 1 red feathers, 1 steel point and a straight tung oil treated bamboo shaft. Set feathers with super glue and glue on steel point. Secure further the feathers with cotton or polyester twine. Similar binding over the nock for better fingers grip and to reinforce the notch for the bow string.
The 8mm bamboo shaft is straight and tung oil treated. Do note bamboo diameters vary from 8-9mm as a natural material. Though the bamboo shaft is dried and smooth, a liberal spray of silicon release agent on the completed arrow further enhances a smooth glide release and moisture proofing of feathers.
Should wood dowel be preferred, trim dowel to fit the steel point and super glue. Do note to select dowel with straight grain for added safety. Application of tung oil helps to waterproof wood dowel adding a smooth finish when buffed. Steel points are for target practices. However should you intend to hunt or fish, carbon steel broad point should be used. These are on indent basis on MOQ of 100 pieces per design. Allow time as hunting points are custom forged overseas.
