Antique Scout Knife with Serrated Edge and Sheath – 21.5cm

As collector item or practical use this scout knife of bygone era is proven lasting. Can be sharpened and honed to extreme sharpness. Its thick serrated metal blade is full tang and secured with a nut. The handle is leather disc stacked with decorative plastic discs. All tightened with a bolted aluminium cap, nut and a brass furrule finger guard. As these are over 50 years slight rusting will be expected and can be sanded and removed in the sharpening process. Blade 3mm thickness is strong and rigid as a durian opener.
