25cm length metal legs circle cutter. Circle radius can be fixed with metal bar and screw. Use as a circle cutter with the metal holder attached to the surgical blade provide. Optional spare blades in different profiles upon request. Cut cloth, card, paper, EVA foam, polymer clay.
Also can be use as a circle marker by attaching a pencil instead of the blade holder.
