Glaze Flocculant is used by ceramic industries and hobbyists in DIY glazes formulation. Self formulated liquid glazes will settle into hard pan at the bottom rock hard making remixing difficult. At times jar milling is required to break up the hard pan formation. Addition of glaze flocculant will result in glazes forming small flocks settlement at the bottom. These small bearing like flocks render remixing easier. Do note over addition of glaze flocculant will curdle glaze. Amount used is to requirement as every glaze formulation materials differ. Tremendous time and effort saving with only a small dose of glaze flocculant to prepared glaze in storage. Drip flocculant dosage in drops with a pipette, stir mix and store. Conduct trial for the optimum effect best suited to your glaze formulation.
