Dosage 2 drops catalyst : 10 drops resin or 1.5% catalyst to weight of resin. Mix well. Reduce catalyst to 1 part or lesser for large solid casts and use waterbath if needed to reduce heat generated as to avoid thermal crack. A binder for fiberglass mat, tissue, strands and carbon fibre. Use in well ventilated area and under adult supervision for kids. Store catalyst well away from pets and kids.
Bubble free jewellery casting or hand cast require pressure casting or vacuum degassing of resin before casting. You may use HB2 clay mold in 2D cast or silicon rubber molds in 3D castings.
Opaque polyester is tinted red or hazy with good transparency. Can be colored with So strong transparent color concentrates.
Note : 1. Use soon possible as resin gels over time in storage. Resin, colors are chemical are not subject to return.
2. Over dosing of catalyst will result in extreme heat generation, smoking and even fire.
