Quality fine grain vegetable tanned leather approximate 4 mm thick complete with polishing compound and sharpening guide. An indispensable item to sharpen and hone with application of the sharpening compound on the grain surface to strop backwards on both sides of the knife and any cutting tools. Clean up sharpening compound on the flesh side. Keeps carving tools, hunting knives, kitchen knives, razor blades shaving sharp. Place leather strop on a flat surface in sharpening and honing with occasional renewal dressing with the compound bar.
