How to use polishing compound:
Stropping Wheel:
The polishing compound is applied to the stropping wheel PW1 with a gentle touch on the circle during rotation. When polishing the item, press it lightly to the polishing wheel pad. The polishing compound should be applied to the entire surface of the leather wheel. When erasing and fading from leather, you should renew the layer of compound. NOTE: The wheel rotation should be downward where you stand while holding firmly the tool cutting edge facing downwards. This avoid the cutting edge catching onto the rotating wheel and flung.
Leather Strop:
Also you can apply polishing compound for manual sharpening on a leather strop LS2P1 on the flesh side in sharpening leaving the fine grain surface to hone polish the blade of the knives, chisels, planers and razors to mirror finish.
