Japanese Ryoba razor saw by Gyokucho Japan. Cut on pull stroke. effortless cutting, high precision cutting and hardened teeth.
Instructions:
- This saw cuts on pull stroke only
- Do not apply pressure but use steady, rhythmic strokes. Normally, the less force you use, the more precise the cut
- For deep cuts, hold the handle with both hands, the left at the front for guiding and the right at the back for pulling
- As a general rule, hold the handle in the middle and tilt the saw forward slightly (10 deg) when cutting
- Guide the saw symmetrically through your field of vision, so that the line of sawing is within view of both eyes
- For cros- cutting, start the cut along the marking line on the opposite side
- Due to impulse-hardening, the blade cannot be resharpened and must be replaced when worn
- The thin blade is very sensitive! Do not squeeze, drop, push or bend
- Aerosol silicon release agent onto the blade both sides to reduce friction and smoothen cutting strokes.
