Unrefined grade of titanium dioxide. Normally used in ceramic bodies and glazes formulation as Rutile. The refined grade is Titanium dioxide used as a paint whitening agent. Landscape scale modellers and diorama use Rutile as landscape material for its natural beige color resembles natural or blended with other minerals to suit environment. Mix with color oxides for color blending in cement premix mortar castings. Similiar use in acrylics and oil paint formulation for a beige color.
