Combination sharpening stone mesh #1000 and mesh #6000 for wet use. Pre-soak stone in water and start of with mesh #1000 and finish off with mesh #6000. The rubber base is to stabilize the stone in use.
Suitable for sharpening and honing carbon steel and all types of knife steel except ceramic knife. Maintain stone surface level to remain flat with coarse silicon carbide dressing stone or with silicon carbide grains mixed into a paste with water on a glass plate.
