Supplied as a semi finish product not rust proof and unhardened with instructions in English for hardening and tempering. This is the basic laminated metal for knife making and other cutting tools that remain sharp with minimum maintenance.
White paper steel is a non alloy Japanese carbon steel, finest martensitic structure and can be sharpened to extremely sharp close to sword steel.
