Mora a Swedish town well known for Mora knives and tools developed by Erich Frost over 100 years is well accepted as functional and practical knives. The metal is generally carbon steel 1095 hardness 58 – 60 HRC or rustproof steel 12C27. the carbon steel tools have good edge retention and exceptional sharpness. Easy to sharpen with Istor or water stone.
The handle is of oiled birch firmly attached to the full length tang.
