- Economical tin cure silicon rubber good for short production castings with Polyurethane, epoxy, polyester, wax, plaster and cement.
- Complete with catalyst. Addition of catalyst is 3% by weight of silicon rubber. Stir well in a third container and not in the gauging container to ensure proper mixing. Recommended to degas silicon rubber before casting. Note 3% pot life is shorter than 2%. For larger castings the catalyst is 1.5% with longer working time for degassing and slower final set.
- Ensure sulphur free clay like NSP Charvant clay, Monster clay are used as parting form work as not affect rubber setting.
- Aerosol mist with silicon Release agent for better release from master model. If model is silicon rubber or a 2 part silicon rubber mold use Rubber to Rubber release agent followed by silicon aerosol agent or universal Ease release 200.
